Jennifer M. Olson, MBA
Jennifer is a transformational, award-winning health care executive. Recognized for her strategic leadership in driving enterprise health care solutions and her ability to implement the discipline and culture required to position an organization for success.
Jennifer is the founder and senior partner for BlueInnovo Advisors, LLC. Previously, Jennifer was the Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer at Children's Minnesota, a $1B top pediatric healthcare system. Jennifer is consistently commended for her ability to lead cross-functional teams to solve complex problems while creating a culture of engagement and excellence.
Jennifer brings expertise to all vital areas of health system strategy and operations, including inpatient, ambulatory, diagnostic services, pharmacy, contracting, planning, clinical excellence, business development and marketing/communications. Jennifer’s passion is advancing the care of women and children. She brings that passion to her client engagements with integrity, decisiveness and creativity. And she brings solutions that keep the patients and families at the forefront.
In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband Jon and golden retriever Tigger. Her interests include Badger and Packer games, boating on the St. Croix & Mississippi River, beach-time in FL, downhill skiing in Utah, and reading just about anything!

Colleen is an Associate Principal at BlueInnovo Advisors and a former Vice President and senior leadership team member at UnitedHealth Group, including roles in the Office of the CEO at both Optum and UHG. Her leadership spans payer, provider, and startup settings, including large-scale operational turnarounds, product launches, and system redesigns. She is known for guiding executive teams through change with data-driven insight, collaborative precision, and a relentless focus on outcomes.
